How to Return an Item

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be returned in a resellable condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Please retain your proof of postage.

Before returning, kindly email our Customer Service team at enquiries@molemibabywear.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please attach a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return has been approved, please package the item securely — ideally in its original packaging (e.g. boxed or bagged items) — and send it to:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
If you have been provided with a prepaid returns label, please use this when posting your parcel.
Where applicable, return postage costs will be reimbursed once the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds & Exchanges

When your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your parcel for your refund to appear in your account.
We’ll confirm by email once your return has been completed.

Product Images & Colour Accuracy

We take great care to ensure our product photos show true colours and details.
However, shades may vary slightly due to natural lighting or individual screen settings.
Minor shade differences may occur due to natural lighting and screen settings, but every item is checked for quality and care before dispatch.
