Returns

We provide a straightforward Returns process  In the event that you wish to return your purchased item, you may either ask for a replacement or a full refund of the amount paid. All returns must be posted back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. It is important that you retain your proof of postage.

Before returning the item, please email our Customer Service department at enquiries@molemibabywear.co.uk giving the full reason reason for return. If the item is damaged or faulty upon your receipt then please include a photograph(s) of the item.  If we agree to the return, then please package the item securely, in its original packaging if appropriate (eg a boxed or especially bagged item), to the following address:

using the prepaid posting label if supplied.
If applicable, your postage will be reimbursed by us.
Refunds
On our receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange for another equivalent value item, as applicable. Please allow a minimum of seven days from our receipt of the returned item for a refund to reach your account.
We will of course advise you by email when the full return process is complete.
