Delivery & Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 4 working days for dispatch.
We currently deliver across the UK and Northern Ireland only.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch
📌 Please note: Delivery times begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed. Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes — unworn items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: Please email us at enquiries@molemibabywear.co.uk with your order number, and we will send you simple return instructions.
Q: Do you cover return postage?
A: Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes — all payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
Q: Do you accept Klarna?
A: Yes — you can choose Klarna at checkout to spread the cost with smaller, interest-free instalments. It’s a flexible way to pay.

Sizing
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product or category page includes sizing information to help you choose the best fit for your baby. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up to allow a little room to grow.
Q: Do you stock premature or tiny baby sizes?
A: Yes — we offer a special range for premature and tiny babies, starting from 3 lb upwards. These styles are chosen to be soft, gentle and comfortable for little ones.
Q: What if I order the wrong size?

Q: What materials are your clothes made from?
A: Our collections are made from soft, breathable fabrics chosen with babies in mind. You will find a mix of 100% cotton, cosy cotton blends and gentle velours, all designed for comfort and easy care.
Q: Are your products safe for newborns?
A: Yes — every item is chosen with comfort and practicality in mind. Fastenings, seams and trims are selected to be gentle on babies’ delicate skin.
Q: How should I care for my baby’s clothes?
A: Most items are machine washable at 30°C and designed to stay soft wash after wash. Please always check the care label for any item-specific washing and drying instructions.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@molemibabywear.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Q: Will you be restocking sold out items?
