We ship all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for reliable, fully tracked delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24
Aim: Next working day after dispatch (not guaranteed)
Tracking: End-to-end updates with delivery confirmation
Price: £3.95

Royal Mail delivers Monday–Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery aims are not guaranteed services.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch same or next working day for in-stock items.

During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Orders placed after hours, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.

Please note: Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can also track directly on the Royal Mail website using your tracking number.

If you provided a mobile number at checkout, Royal Mail may send SMS updates.

Missed Delivery

If no one’s available, Royal Mail may attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to your local Delivery Office. They’ll leave a card with next steps, or you can rearrange delivery online using your tracking link.

Address & Safe Place

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you’d like a safe place or neighbour preference, add this in your order notes and we’ll pass it to Royal Mail where possible. (Safe-place deliveries are at your own risk.)

Late or Missing Parcels

Royal Mail considers a parcel delayed after 7 working days (Tracked 24) or 10 working days (Tracked 48) from the dispatch date.

If your order hasn’t arrived after these timeframes, please contact us with your order number and tracking so we can help.
