A: We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Delivery usually takes:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 working days
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we deliver to the UK & Northern Ireland only.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: Yes! Delivery is free on orders over £20. For smaller orders, delivery starts from just £2.48.

Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: We offer 30-day returns for peace of mind. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed once items are received and checked.

Q: Do your clothes fit true to size?
A: Yes — our babywear is designed to UK sizing standards. If your baby is between sizes, we recommend going up a size for extra comfort. (All babies grow differently, so measuring is best)
Q: Do you stock premature baby clothes?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated Premature Babywear range designed with extra care for little ones who arrive early.

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A: Absolutely! You can add the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. We also offer ready-to-gift layettes and special occasion outfits.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Not yet — but it’s something we’re looking into for the future!

A: Most of our items are machine-washable at 30°C. Always check the garment label for specific instructions.
